Further, we undertake the full liability on all requests made by us by way of LPOs/Fax/Email messages/Queue bookings/Offline bookings irrespective of the email id or signature appearing for any of the above ways. We also understand that a late payment fee of 1% per month is payable on all overdue amounts. This agreement is subject to terms & conditions mentioned overleaf. TERMS & CONDITIONS Service fee of OMR 1.000 will be applicable per ticket per passenger for tickets voided on same day. Service fees of OMR 2.000 will be applicable for any reissue (plus other charges if any) & refunds. Refunds will be processed as per the accounts procedure after reconciliation with BSP/AIRLINE/SUPPLIER. Non-refundable bookings will follow Marmul Travel policies. All confirmations must be via email; verbal requests are not accepted. Entire payments should be settled before cancellation of agreement. Marmul Travels reserves full rights to settle pending amounts. Customer must pay 100% advance for bookings. Marmul Travels may cancel tickets/vouchers if payments are delayed. Customer must advise Marmul Travels in writing of any change in ownership, name, or address. This agreement remains valid until all dues are settled. Marmul Travels may terminate or vary credit limits at its discretion without liability. If limit is terminated, all dues remain payable until settled.
